Flourishing Sisterhood

Flourishing Sisterhood: Nourishing Communities in the Gulf South

With the support of a grant from the Conrad N. Hilton Foundation, the Loyola Institute for Ministry is working on a project entitled "Flourishing Sisterhood: Nourishing Communities in the Gulf South."

This project:

  • supports the well-being of 60 sisters with opportunities to study in learning communities and earn Loyola's Certificate in Spirituality, with a focus on spirituality and aging

  • strengthens sisterhood in the Archdiocese of New Orleans through collaboration with the Vicar for Religious

  • amplifies sisters' voices, including through an upcoming podcast highlighting sisters' leadership and contributions to social justice

Our first learning groups are starting! Follow us on social media for more details.

For more information, contact Project Manager Claire Gallagher at cegallag@loyno.edu.
