Convivio: Responding to Your Baptismal Call
A day of learning, reflection and sharing on how you can respond to your to your baptismal call in the Church and the world.

During the Convivio, participants will
-
explore how baptism empowers them and all the faithful as missionary disciples to announce the Good News in the Church and the world.

review key features of pastoral leadership and the gifts of Hispanic culture in cultivating pastoral leadership.
-
learn about pastoral planning as an essential element in Hispanic Ministry to address the pastoral priorities identified by the Plan Pastoral para el Ministerio Hispano/Latino.
-
build community and celebrate the faith in New Orleans and the Gulf South through music, food, and each other.
-
discern actions they will take as a result of the Convivio.

Durante el convivio los participantes van a

explorar cómo el bautismo les fortalece a ellos y a todos los fieles como discípulos misioneros para anunciar la Buena Nueva en la Iglesia y el mundo.

revisar las características clave del liderazgo pastoral y los dones de la cultura hispana para cultivar el liderazgo pastoral.
-
aprender sobre la planificación pastoral como un elemento esencial en el Ministerio Hispano para abordar las prioridades pastorales identificadas por el Plan Pastoral para el Ministerio Hispano/Latino.
-
hacer comunidad y celebrar la fe en Nueva Orleans y el Sur del Golfo por medio de música, comida y con los demás.

discernir acciones que se tomarán como resultado del Convivio.
