Dr. Bourg's areas of expertise include ethics and systematic theology. She is the author of Where Two Or Three Are Gathered: Christian Families as Domestic Churches (Univ. Notre Dame Press, 2004), as well as the student textbook for the graduate course  Spirituality, Morality, and Ethics (LIM 704), which she teaches. She also teaches  the undergraduate course Ethics for Ministers (RELM 334).
