Purpose of Communicating Charism

The purpose of "Communicating Charismis to to develop a model for increasing new members, enhancing leadership capacity, and expanding resources of communities of women religious by (a) providing to members of seven congregations internationally and their associates graduate-level education that integrates leadership, theology and communication and by (b) developing high quality video to enable them to share the charisms and ministries of their congregations in effective and culturally appropriate ways.
