Foundations of Mindfulness from a Buddhist Perspective
What: a course in practicing minfulness that meets for six Thursday evenings from 6:00 to 9:00 pm
Who: Zen Instructor and Buddhist Monk Minh Nguyen leads the course
When: early 2018 on January 4, 11, 18, 25 ad February 1 and 15
Where: Loyola'a campus, the Jan. 4th meeting is in Monroe Hall room 301; all other meetings are in the Danna Student Center's Octavia Room Campus Map»
Cost: $250 for the course + $22.50 for the textbook which may be purchased when registering online or on the first night of the course
