Convivio: Understanding the Charisms
A day to learn, reflect, and share how you can understand charisms for the building up of the Church.

During the Convivio, participants will
-
explore how we can use the charisms we receive from the Spirit to build up society and the Church.

review the key characteristics of pastoral leadership and the gifts of the Holy Spirit in order to continue cultivating pastoral leadership.
-
learn about pastoral planning as an essential element of Hispanic Ministry in addressing the pastoral priorities identified by the Pastoral Plan for Hispanic/Latino Ministry by the USCCB.
-
build community and celebrate the faith in New Orleans and the Gulf South through prayer, music, and praise with others.
-
discern the actions that will be taken as a result of the gathering.

explorar cómo podemos utilizar nuestros carismas que recibimos del Espíritu para edificar la sociedad y la Iglesia.

revisar las características clave del liderazgo pastoral y los dones del Espíritu Santo para seguir cultivando el liderazgo pastoral.
-
aprender sobre la planificación pastoral como un elemento esencial en el Ministerio Hispano para abordar las prioridades pastorales identificadas por el Plan Pastoral para el Ministerio Hispano/Latino en los EEUU.
-
hacer comunidad y celebrar la fe en Nueva Orleans y el Sur del Golfo por medio de oración, música, y alabanza con los demás.

discernir acciones que se tomarán como resultado del Convivio.
