Monica Cabrera is an MBA graduate and Grant Program Coordinator at the Loyola Institute for Ministry at Loyola University New Orleans. Her educational journey has been deeply shaped by Jesuit values, which have guided her from elementary school through her postgraduate studies. This foundation has instilled in her a strong appreciation for St. Ignatius' legacy of service and excellence. With expertise in customer service, marketing research, event management, bilingual communication, and consulting, Monica thrives in dynamic environments where strategy meets impact. Her experience as a consultant and an intern at the Center for Ethics and Economic Justice has strengthened her analytical, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills, allowing her to contribute meaningfully to mission-driven initiatives. Originally from Bogotá, Colombia, Monica is deeply committed to maintaining a high level of work ethic to achieve both personal growth and the common good.
