As Social Services Director, Kristen will provide and direct counseling and social services to the residents of St. Margaret's at Mercy, assisting residents and their families in adjusting from a home or hospital setting to St. Margaret's. Kristen's degree in Pastoral Studies has certainly prepared her to carry out St. Margaret at Mercy's mission "to assure that everyone—even the most vulnerable of populations—has access to quality healthcare in a homelike, dignified setting," as have her previous positions as the Chaplain Resident at East Jefferson General Hospital and the Pastoral Care Coordinator at St. Luke's Living Center. We wish Kristen every success as she undertakes this new position in service to the residents of St. Margaret's at Mercy!
