LIM Professor Tom Ryan collaborated with LIM adjunct faculty Deborah Wilhelm and Gilberto Ruiz of Saint Anselm College to co-author GIA Publications' Living the Word: Scripture Reflections and Commentaries for Sundays and Holy Days for Year B, starting on the First Sunday of Advent on December 3, 2023.

The co-authors created thoughtful commentary, reflective insights, and engaging discussion questions for the scripture readings of each Sunday and holy day. With their intended audience of study groups, religious education classes, preachers, catechumens, and individuals in mind, the authors included practical suggestions for living out the Word in daily life. This resource will benefit both those who proclaim the scriptures and those seeking a biblically-grounded spirituality.
