Located in Yonkers, New York, and established in 2001, the St. Augustine Foundation is a charitable organization whose mission is promoting the teaching of the Catholic Church. Its website helps to educate the faithful on Natural Family Planning (NFP), human sexuality, the virtue of chastity, marriage, conjugal love, and responsible parenthood. 

The Catholic Spirituality website also features several brief courses tailored for young adults. The full 9-session Course Lesson Plan is available as a free download and can be used in 40-minute classroom settings. Also included on the site are videos of interviews with Catholic physicians. 

Allison is proud of the site and her role in developing the materials included there. She is pleased that all materials are offered free of charge and that the website was recently endorsed by the USCCB.
