MSN-Nurse-Midwifery Program Curriculum
The MSN-Nurse-Midwifery program prepares you to care for women from adolescence through menopause. The Nurse-Midwifery concentration consists of 50 credit hours and a minimum of 910 hours of supervised practicum. All courses are provided online, except for supervised practicum work, which is completed in a state in which the student is licensed to practice. Graduates of the MSN-Nurse-Midwifery program are eligible to take the national certification examination of the American Midwifery Certification Board.
A Post Master's Certificate in Nurse-Midwifery is also available through through the School of Nursing. Contact us for more information at nursing@loyno.edu.
