Accreditation

Loyola University New Orleans' Department of Counseling is accredited by the Council for Accreditation of Counseling & Related Educational Programs (CACREP).  CACREP is the agency responsible for the evaluation of counseling programs in colleges and universities.

 As a CACREP accredited program, the counseling department engages in systematic program evaluation and assessment to ascertain strengths and weaknesses of policies, curriculum, students, and faculty. The Outcome Report is published here so our stakeholders may review the findings.
