Kevin Foose is an Assistant Professor in the department of counseling. He received a BS degree in psychology from The Pennsylvania State University in 1989 and a Masters degree in counseling from Loyola University in 2010. Mr. Foose is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LA) in the state of Louisiana and has a private practice where he counsels individuals, couples and families. In addition to teaching Practicum and Internship, Mr. Foose teaches courses related to family counseling, theories, and group, and has been a guest presenter on various topics such as sexual trauma, family, mood disorders, and counselor development. In 2010, he received the Counseling Clinical Excellence Award from the department of Counseling at Loyola University New Orleans. In 2016, he received Excellence in Teaching Award from the College of Social Sciences.
