Gwyneth Rees (she/her) is from Lafayette, Louisiana. She is a second-year graduate student in the Clinical Mental Health Counseling program and is interested in play therapy, school counseling, and creative arts-based therapies.
Gwyneth earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a minor in Human Development and Family Science from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette. In addition to her academic pursuits, she has been involved in the choral music community for 14 years, performing with professional and collegiate ensembles such as Nova Luminae and the UL Lafayette Chamber Singers.
Gwyneth is passionate about integrating her love of music and the arts with counseling. She hopes to use creativity and the expressive arts as meaningful tools to support clients in exploring their experiences and fostering personal growth.
