In 2002, Jen Brackett started working at Loyola University New Orleans as an Administrative Assistant III in the Women’s Resource Center and worked in both the WRC and on the New Orleans Campus Consortium Against Violence NOCCAV grant project. In 2009, after Hurricane Katrina, she returned to Loyola to work in the Evening Division, processing students from admission through graduation. She first joined the School of Nursing staff in 2018 as an Administrative Assistant III for the FNP and DNP programs, and now serves as the Office Manager for the team. She is also the online nursing technical advisor, managing online graduate enrollment, course plans, and Exxat/Prism.

In 2022, she received the College of Nursing and Health Staff Excellence Award.
