Lauren Hollingsworth, a 2012 graduate of the MSN-HCSM program, accepts a faculty position with Our Lady of the Lake College in Baton Rouge

Lauren Hollingsworth, a 2012 graduate of the MSN- Health Care Systems Management program in the School of Nursing, has recently been selected for a faculty position in the School of Nursing at Our Lady of the Lake College in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.  She will be teaching in the AD to BSN program in the area of Community Health which is her area of expertise.  Lauren’s background in nursing includes working as an RN Case Manager for United Home Care in West Monroe, Louisiana where she was in charge of managing the care of home health patients with private insurance, Medicare and Medicaid.  In addition to this, she also volunteered to provide direct patient care after hours as the on-call nurse for that particular evening.  Lauren states “I feel my excellent Loyola education was instrumental in my selection for the position and earning my MSN degree from Loyola has opened many new and exciting opportunities for me in the nursing profession. I am extremely proud of the education that I received at Loyola University.”
