Dr. Baudoin currently serves as the Director of the School of Nursing and the Interim Undergraduate Program Director. She obtained her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) and her Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) from Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center-New Orleans and her Masters in Nursing (MSN) with an emphasis in nursing education from Nicholls State University. She has been a registered nurse for over 30 years practicing in the greater New Orleans area in a variety of roles. She holds certifications as an oncology nurse (OCN), a certified nurse educator (CNE), and certified academic clinical nurse educator (CNEcl). Dr. Baudoin has been recognized as a DAISY Award winner for her faculty role three times and was the recipient of Louisiana Great 100 Nurses in 2016. She is the past president of Sigma Theta Tau Epsilon Nu at Large Chapter as well as the current president of the New Orleans Oncology Nurses chapter of the Oncology Nurses Society. She comes to Loyola with prior teaching experience as an educator at Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center-New Orleans.
