Lauren (she/her) is pursuing an MS in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Loyola University. She approaches counseling from Person-Centered and Relational Cultural Theory perspectives. Lauren believes that everyone has an innate drive toward health and wholeness and that building our capacity for positive relationships with others is one of the most powerful things we as individuals can do to support that drive. She collaborates with adults and children on navigating depression, grief, anxiety, self-worth, and interpersonal issues, and on clarifying what is most important to them. She also brings an interest in expressive arts, sandtray, mindfulness work and play therapy into her work.
