Cal Weith

My name is Cal Weith (he/him) and I am a counseling intern currently pursuing my Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Loyola. I primarily approach counseling using cognitive-behavioral approaches including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical-Behavior Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. I greatly value the therapeutic relationship as a vehicle towards personal growth and prefer the therapeutic space to be collaborative, safe, and supportive. I enjoy seeing a variety of clients across the lifespan who bring different perspectives and concerns into therapy.
