Madeline Cook

Hi! My name is Madeline, and I'm an intern at the LCCE working on a Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Loyola University New Orleans. Before pursuing a counseling degree, I taught preschool and completed a B.A. in Early Childhood Education and a M.Ed. in Nature-Based Early Childhood Education. I am interested in working with children, adolescents, and their families through play therapy. My goal is to create a safe and affirming environment where children can develop a sense of autonomy and learn to navigate their world with confidence.
