As humans, we are hardwired for connection. Reaching out when we are unsure who will meet us, or how they will treat us, can be hard to do. Especially when we are carrying the weight of past hurts. That's why I strive to support my clients with compassion and curiosity at every step of their unique and intuitive process toward becoming their most authentic selves. I believe that experience is our best teacher, and that you are the foremost expert about your own. As I see it, I may have some good questions, but I will never have your answers.

I feel truly privileged to collaboratively and creatively explore new ways of being and being together with my clients. Together, we can gently unfold the complexities of our humanity, teasing out these questions and whatever answers may follow. And where others may judge, instead we can celebrate what it means to be you. My practice is trauma-informed, and I am fully trained in EMDR, which can help to reduce distress around long-held traumatic memories.

As a resident of New Orleans for the past 14 years, I am deeply proud to serve the many varied and vibrant communities that also call this place home. When I'm not working as a counselor, I like to spend my time writing and recording music, gardening, cooking, and hanging out with my three cats.
