
Emir Bailey is a Clinical Intern at the Loyola Center for Counseling and Education (LCCE) and a Master’s candidate in the Clinical Mental Health Counseling program at Loyola University New Orleans. He holds a B.A. in Strategic Communications from Howard University and an M.A. in Education and Human Development from George Washington University. A proud member of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc., Emir combines his background in education, career counseling, and student development to provide a compassionate, client-centered approach to helping individuals and couples navigate meaningful life changes.
Grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emir focuses on couples counseling, grief, trauma, executive functioning, and empowering clients to build resilience and create lasting change. He is especially passionate about supporting those who are learning to develop these skills for the first time in a safe and empathetic space.
