Sarah Hollows grew up in the Twin Cities of Minnesota, closer to the headwaters of the Mississippi River. She graduated with a B.A. in Critical Studies of Race and Ethnicity from St. Catherine University, and has an M.A. in Intermedia Arts from the University of Maine. Her work grows at the crossroads of community organizing, mindfulness, storytelling, and ancestral healing. Guided by black and indigenous feminism, queer phenomenology, and creative modes of expression, Sarah envisions collaborative therapeutic processes that uplift marginalized communities and advocate towards collective liberation. She enjoys real conversation over coffee, tea, or La Croix on a walk or a bench in the shade.
