Sarah Hollows grew up in the Twin Cities of Minnesota, closer to the headwaters of the Mississippi River. She graduated with a B.A. in Critical Studies of Race and Ethnicity from St. Catherine University, and holds an M.A. in Intermedia Arts from the University of Maine. Her practice grows at the crossroads of mindfulness, critical race, queer, and systems theories. She envisions collaborative therapeutic processes related to grief, trauma, LGBTQ+ identity, and experiences of privilege and oppression with individuals, couples, families and groups.
