Malaina is a New Orleans native in her second year of the Clinical Mental Health Counseling program here at Loyola. She graduated from Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge with a B.S. in Psychology. She has a keen interest in working with children within the juvenile justice system. She currently works at an elementary school as an after school/camp counselor teaching sports. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and pets or listening to music while driving along the Lakefront on a sunny day.
