Hanna graduated with a BFA in Dance from Fordham University in partnership with Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater, where her excitement shifted from using movement as performance to using movement as a healing modality. After college, she led expressive arts and recovery-based therapy groups at a mental health day program and became a registered yoga and meditation teacher. Currently, Hanna’s work aims to center trauma recovery, somatic and mindfulness practices, and collective healing spaces. She is honored and excited to begin deepening her education as a GA and first-year student in Loyola’s Clinical Mental Health Counseling program. Hanna’s other interests include quality time with friends, outdoor activities, and appreciating artwork of all kinds.
