Liora will be a student intern at Loyola Center for Counseling and Education starting in May 2020. She received her B.A. in Linguistics at the University of Pittsburgh (2010) and her Master’s in Communication Disorders from LSU Health Sciences Center in New Orleans (2016). She has been working as a speech language pathologist with adults in medical settings for the past 4 years, which informs her interest in working with clients towards transformation. Liora approaches counseling from an interpersonal process theoretical perspective and has an interest in a wide range of populations and presenting issues. She is currently pursuing a M.S. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and plans to graduate from Loyola University New Orleans in May 2021.
